The registration fee for the conference includes accommodation in a standard classic room with high speed internet for all guests of AVEC. An upgrade to a different room category is possible. Please note these categories are not reserved for AVEC General Assembly so only a limited number of rooms are available. An early booking is recommended. The extra charge will be added to the registration fee.

General hotel information for arrival and departure

1. The hotel will keep the room ready from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure
2. A valid credit card is required at check-in for all additional costs, otherwise € 73.00 per person and night can be deposited at the reception
3. According to legal regulations, the following information must be provided to the hotel together with the room list or at check-in. Please fill out the registration form completely to shorten the check in.
